Bloxe Fragrance Shipping Policy
At Bloxe Fragrance, we want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. Please take a minute to read through how we handle processing, delivery, and the responsibilities that come with each.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within one business day of being placed (we're closed on Sundays). Every order depends on confirmed payment and product availability before it goes out.
Shipping Within the US
We currently ship to the continental US (the mainland) and Puerto Rico only. At this time we don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses (APO/FPO), or other US territories.
Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $49, shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it's going and the service selected.
Keep in mind that once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer adjust anything on the order; this includes the address, the products, or the shipping method.
International Orders
We don't offer direct international shipping outside the US right now.
Customers abroad are welcome to use a freight forwarder, but please understand that our responsibility for the package ends the moment it's marked delivered to that forwarder.
When There's a Delivery Problem
Delays or a missing package: We don't issue refunds simply for delivery delays. However, if your order is running more than three business days past its estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team.
Damaged packages: Please check the box and its contents as soon as it arrives. If something looks wrong, let our support team know within 48 hours of delivery.
Signature on Delivery
Orders of $250 or more require a signature at delivery so that insurance coverage stays valid against theft or damage. Once the package has been signed for at the delivery address, insurance coverage on it ends.
If you choose to waive the signature requirement, please know that Bloxe Fragrance can't be held responsible for theft or damage occurring after the package is delivered.
Some carriers let you sign for a package digitally ahead of time. Doing this or otherwise waiving the signature voids the insurance and ends our responsibility for the package.
Shipping Insurance
For extra peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. Here's how it works.
Optional coverage: Insurance can be added at checkout, priced according to your cart total. If you don't add it, Bloxe Fragrance can't be held liable for loss, damage, or theft once the carrier marks the package "Delivered."
Signature requirement: Orders of $250 or more need a signature at delivery for secure receipt. Waiving that requirement voids the insurance and ends our liability.
Evidence for a claim: If an insured package shows up damaged or broken, you'll need to back up the claim with photos or video. We'll need pictures of the box you received, the shipping label, the packing materials inside, and several clear shots of the damage from different angles. Without this evidence, the claim can't be approved.
How insured claims are handled: Submit a formal claim to our support team with all the evidence included to get the process started. Claims usually take around a week to resolve, and we can't finalize one until the carrier's own investigation is complete.
Coverage limits:
- Insurance only covers the specific item(s) from the original purchase that included insurance.
- If multiple orders are combined into one shipment, only the insured items from the original insured order are covered.
- If you modify the shipment through a carrier tool (changing the address, pre-signing, or anything similar), the insurance is voided.
- Insurance does not apply if an incorrect address was entered at checkout. Making sure your shipping details are correct is your responsibility, and we can't cover loss, theft, or damage that results from an address error.
No insurance and no signature: If you opt out of both, Bloxe Fragrance takes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage once the package is marked delivered.
What Insurance Covers
Lost packages: Tracking shows no delivery or no update for 15 business days, which is the standard carrier window for filing a lost-package claim.
Stolen packages: Tracking shows the package as delivered, but you didn't receive it. We may ask for additional information in this case.
Damaged packages: Visible damage to the shipping box—leaks, dents, or other external damage that affects the product.
Claim Guidelines
When to tell us: Please notify our support team of any issue within two days of receiving your package.
Resolution: Once you've submitted a claim with the needed documentation, our team will review it and let you know the next steps. Processing generally takes up to 7 business days.
Freight Forwarders
If you're using a freight forwarder to send your order onward, please note:
- Bloxe Fragrance has no affiliation with any freight forwarder.
- Our responsibility ends once the carrier confirms the package reached the forwarder. That confirmation may appear as "Delivered," "Delivered to Agent," "Left with Individual," or similar wording.
- If you purchased insurance, it only covers the package while it's in transit to the forwarder. After the carrier confirms delivery there, any further issues need to be taken up directly with the forwarder.
- We don't have visibility into or handling of packages once they've reached the forwarder.
Shipping Address
We ship to the address provided when the order is placed. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, we can't change the shipping address.
If you need a different address, contact us right away to request a cancellation, then place a new order with the correct details. We can't guarantee a cancellation or address change will be possible, since we work to fulfill orders quickly.
When an incorrect address is provided, we're unable to redirect, recover, or cancel the order once it's been processed. Please confirm your shipping details before completing your purchase. Bloxe Fragrance isn't liable for lost packages or delivery problems caused by an incorrect shipping address.
