Shipping Policy


At Bloxefragrance, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless—from checkout to delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


🕒 Processing Times

As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment team begins processing it. We aim for a quick 24–48 hour turnaround on all orders (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed and packed, it will be handed off to our shipping partner for delivery.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Continental U.S. Orders:
    All orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States are sent via Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery window of 2–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-Continental U.S. & International Orders:
    At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We appreciate your understanding as we work toward expanding our shipping options in the future.


⚠️ Order Exceptions & Cancellations

In rare cases, we may need to cancel and refund an order due to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Payment processing issues

If this occurs, we’ll contact you immediately and assist in placing a new order if needed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

  • If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of placing your order. If no response is received, your order may be cancelled.

If you need to update your shipping details, please email us at info@bloxefragrance.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this time frame.

Delayed Deliveries

At Bloxefragrance, we strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. However, unexpected delays can occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions or severe weather

  • Transportation issues

  • Product stock or payment verification problems

In the event of a delay, we will notify you promptly and work closely with our carrier partners to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Please understand that Bloxefragrance cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Insurance

Opting Out: If the buyer chooses not to select shipping protection at checkout, Bloxefragrance will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the transit of the purchased items.

Porch Pirate or Neighborhood Fraud: In the unfortunate event of porch pirate incidents or neighborhood fraud (where tracking indicates the package was delivered but the buyer disputes it), specific procedures will be followed. An insurance claim for a stolen package must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof of Theft: To initiate an insurance claim in such cases, the buyer must provide proof of theft. This could include photographic evidence, video footage, or any relevant documentation demonstrating the occurrence of theft.

Failure to Provide Proof or Police Report: If the buyer fails to provide any proof, Bloxefragrance will not be held liable, even if the buyer initially opted for shipping protection.
