Bloxe Fragrance Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Canceling or Changing Your Order
Orders can be canceled or adjusted as long as they haven't shipped yet. If you need to make a change, reach out to our support team as soon as possible.
Once a tracking number has been created, your order is already in motion. At that point, any cancellation or change request becomes a return and follows the guidelines in our return section below. We'll always try to help, but we can't promise every cancellation request will go through in time.
Updating a Shipping Address
We're not able to edit shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you need a different address, we'll treat that request as a cancellation under the terms above.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Once an order with an incorrect address has been processed, we can't reroute it, recover it, or stop it. Bloxe Fragrance isn't responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of an address error on the order.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Requests made after that window can't be accepted, and the item needs to be on its way back to us within those same 30 days. A flat $10 return shipping charge applies to all returns. Please review the conditions below.
New customers: If this is your first order with us and the product isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days with no restocking fee (the $10 return shipping charge still applies). This is meant to help first-time buyers feel comfortable trying us out—it isn't intended as a way to order fragrances on a whim and send them back.
Sealed and unused items: If the product comes back to us exactly as it left—sealed and untouched—we'll simply deduct the $10 return shipping charge from your refund.
Used items: An item counts as used if any of the following apply:
- The seal has been opened or broken
- The fragrance has been sprayed at all
- It's a tester (testers always count as used)
For used items, we apply a restocking fee of at least 10%, plus the $10 return shipping charge. If you'd rather receive store credit instead of a refund, we'll lower that restocking fee to 5% (the $10 charge still applies). The restocking fee may go up if the item shows signs of more than light use. Restocking fees apply to all eligible used returns with no exceptions.
Items we can't accept back: Returns are only available on full-size bottles. Samples, are final sale and can't be returned.
Returns that don't match: If the item we receive isn't the item we originally sent, we may decline the return.
Lost return shipments: We can't take responsibility for return packages that go missing on their way back to us, so we recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.
Refunds
What isn't refundable: Shipping fees and any shipping insurance charges can't be refunded.
Timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most take about 3–5 business days to appear, though your bank's processing speed can affect that.
Shipping delays: Small delays happen and aren't grounds for a refund on their own. That said, if your order runs more than 15 days past its estimated delivery date, please get in touch with support.
Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send the item back.
To process a damage claim, we need clear photo documentation. Please send us:
- A photo of the outer box as it arrived
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of the packaging materials inside
- Several clear shots of the damage from different angles
We can't move forward on a damage claim without these photos. To keep things fair for everyone, we review claims for authenticity, and any claim found to be fraudulent will be denied and may result in the account being restricted.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we'll either reship it or refund you; your choice—once it's back in our hands. A flat $10 shipping charge applies either way (taken from your refund or added to a new invoice). Free shipping, where offered, only covers the first outbound trip of an order. Shipping insurance does not apply when the address provided was incorrect.
If a package is returned to us because of a carrier mistake rather than an address error, we'll resend it to you at no extra cost.
