Refund Policy


At Bloxefragrance, we proudly stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we offer. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we aim to make our return process as clear and fair as possible.


🔬 Samples & Discovery Sets

All of our samples are hand-decanted from 100% authentic, manufacturer-sourced fragrance bottles. While we guarantee authenticity, we also understand that fragrance is highly personal.

  • Final Sale: Individual samples, curated sets, and discovery kits are final sale and non-refundable due to the subjective nature of scent.

  • Exceptions: We can only accept returns for samples that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.


🧴 Full-Size Bottles

We accept returns on full-size bottles under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with cellophane and packaging fully intact.

  • All original components (box, cap, inserts, etc.) must be included.

If the product has been opened or used, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Returns that do not meet our quality standards may only be eligible for store credit, subject to approval by our quality control team.


🚫 Non-Refundable Shipping

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrectly sent item.


🔁 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@bloxefragrance.com with your:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

We’ll provide instructions and support throughout the process.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
